Our purpose is efficient coating, uniformity and waste reduction

We are constantly improve our powder coating area to serve high-quality products to our customers.

Now the processes before and after coating are respectively:

• The semi-finished products which final controls are done transfer to coating area
• After deburring and grinding, surface preparation is done before coating
• Sandblasting is applied according to ISO 14901 with degree of SA 2.5 norm
• After sandblasting, corrosion begins in the product due to the humidity in the air. In order to avoid this undesirable situation, the material must be coated within 4 hours after sandblasting.
• Depending on the size and weight of the piece, we increase the heat up to 180C to maintain the 250 micron thickness
• We use two kinds of coating which are Electrostatic Powder and Thermoplastic
• To check the quality of coating, Holiday test and Pull-off tests are applied and thus the products become ready for packaging
